Chandigarh, Dec. 25 -- : The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has submitted a chargesheet in a Mohali court in connection with the assault on Army Colonel Pushpinder Bath. The chargesheet names four Punjab Police officers, with Inspector Ronnie Singh identified as the main accused in the case.
According to the CBI, the accused officers have been charged with causing grievous hurt and wrongful confinement, along with other related offences. However, the charge of attempt to murder has not been included in the final chargesheet filed before the court.
