Patna, Dec. 31 -- Strongly criticising the Bihar government over the deteriorating law and order situation, Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee president Rajesh Ram today said that the brutal rape and murder of a young woman in Chapra has exposed the collapse of law and order in the state.
Ram said here that the horrific incident has exposed the failure of the government and police administration in ensuring the safety of women.
