Hyderabad, March 26 -- The Telangana Assembly witnessed heated exchanges and chaos on Wednesday after BRS Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR) made sensational allegations against the government, claiming that it was taking a 30 per cent commission on projects from contractors across the state.

Speaking in the Assembly during discussion on demands for grants for the financial year 2025-26, KTR alleged that even Congress leaders had discussed the issue openly, sparking a furious reaction from Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka.
