Shimla, March 24 -- Himachal Pradesh Government has informed the State Assembly that a Computer-Based Test (CBT) centre has been established in Chamba district, even as 21 such examination centres have been outsourced across the state to strengthen the conduct of competitive examinations.
In a written reply to a query raised by BJP MLA Janak Raj, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu stated that the Chamba centre has been set up through an outsourced agency and competitive examinations would be conducted at the facility.
He informed that a total of 21 examination centres have been outsourced in different parts of the state where computer-based tests are being conducted to streamline the recruitment process and expand access to candidates....
