Hyderabad, Dec. 25 -- Bhongir Congress MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy on Thursday issued a sharp rebuttal to senior BRS leader T Harish Rao, accusing him of preaching moral values selectively while ignoring the conduct of his own party leadership.

In a video statement, Kiran Reddy alleged that Rao's behaviour was akin to "a demon reciting the Vedas," and said he was speaking as though moral principles applied only to others.

He asked Rao to first reflect on the language used by his father-in-law and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, stating that it was KCR who introduced abusive language into Telangana politics during the statehood movement.
