Lucknow, May 6 -- The Uttar Pradesh government has provided significant relief to citizens by making the process of obtaining a certified copy of the Khatauni completely online.
Khatauni is a government document that lists all land owned or cultivated by a family or individual in a village.
" People will no longer have to visit the tehsil or court for this purpose. They will be able to obtain a certified copy from the comfort of their homes in a few simple steps," Revenue department officials here on Wednesday said.
