Hyderabad, Oct. 17 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy on Friday outlined several measures aimed at strengthening cotton cultivation and ensuring fair returns to farmers in Telangana.
Addressing a media conference at CGO Towers in Kavadiguda, he said uniform rules for cotton procurement are being implemented across the country, with active coordination between state agriculture departments, the Cotton Corporation of India (CCI), and central agencies.
