Dehradun, Sept. 16 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah today received information on the flood-like situation in Uttarakhand after incessant heavy rainfall last night over a call with Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
"They assured us of all possible help by the government," Dhami said.
The Centre provided assistance after last month's disaster in Dharali and Harsil as well, with the help of the NDRF and Army. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also visited Uttarakhand recently and met the affected families. A review meeting was also conducted.
