Bengaluru, July 10 -- Union Minister for Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia today said that the Centre is working on multiple strategies to make Indian Telephone Industries (ITI) financially sound and position it as a key player in India's digital infrastructure, backed by a coordinated "whole-of-government" approach.
