Lucknow, Oct. 23 -- Centre for Environment and Energy Development (CEED), launched a Clean Air Implementation Network (CAIN) in Lucknow to work towards the implementation of National Clean Air Action Plan (NCAP) in 15 Non-attainment cities in Uttar Pradesh.
The network will bring experts from civil society, media, government and other key stakeholders at common platform to create consensus to implement the mandate of NCAP in UP in letter and spirit.
The network is a voluntary partnership led by CEED and includes more than 200 civil society groups and academicians representing all non-attainment cities in UP.
