New Delhi, Feb. 16 -- The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has sought public comments on draft guidelines for prevention of misleading advertisements in the coaching sector.
The proposed guidelines are aimed at preventing false claims regarding success rates, number of selections etc. by every person engaged in running coaching centres for various competitive examinations.
General public can send their comments on the draft guidelines within 30 days till March 16, 2024.
