New Delhi, March 13 -- A Delhi court on Wednesday heard partial arguments from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on the charge against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in a case related to the Pul Bangash killings during the 1984 Anti-Sikh riots after then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's assassination.

CBI Special Judge Rakesh Syal adjourned the matter on a prayer made by the counsel for Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) seeking some time for advancing remaining arguments on charge in rebuttal.

The court posted the case for hearing again on April 3.

Counsel for the accused moved an application for substitution of the earlier surety with Sh. Mubeen Ul Hasan and also furnished fresh bail bonds.
