Bhubaneswar, July 14 -- A Special CBI Court in Bhubaneswar today sentenced a Station Superintendent in Operation Section to three-year rigorous imprisonment on the charge of fraudulently availing housing loan from a nationalised bank by furnishing forged salary slips
and employer's undertaking for deduction of EMI.
While finding the convict Sarat Chandra Dash working as Station Superintendent in Operation Section, East Coast Railway, Khurda Road Division guilty of perpetrating forgery, Binod Behari Sahoo, Special Chief Judicial Magistrate CBI Court, Bhubaneswar observed "In the instant case,
