Mumbai, Feb. 28 -- A CBI court has convicted five accused, including top officials of the Nationalnal Textile Corporation and others, for allegedly awarding a transportation contract to a private operator without inviting a tender for the same and even without transporting the goods, generating the bill, and claiming huge amounts.
