Chennai, June 27 -- The CBI today chargsheeted two Indians in connection in two murder cases (2008 and 2011) in UAE and Bahrain respectively.
On the basis of requests from UAE and Kingdom of Bahrain, for crimes committed abroad by Indian Nationals, the CBI launched local prosecution and finalized investigations and filed the chargesheets.
The Investigating Agency closely coordinated with Indian Ministry of External Affairs, to obtain evidence admissible as per Indian Law from authorities of UAE and Bahrain and successfully launched prosecution against the accused persons Inder Jit Singh and Subhash Chander Mahla.
