New Delhi, Oct. 13 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today said that they have arrested a Field Officer of State Bank of India (SBI), posted with District Sidhi (M.P.) branch for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 from a man.

The CBI registered the case yesterday against the accused Vishal Bharti on the allegation that he demanded a bribe at 10% (i.e. Rs. 50,000/-) of Mudra loan of Rs. 5,00,000 taken by the complainant's wife from SBI.

After negotiation, the accused agreed to accept a bribe of Rs. 20,000 from the complainant.

The CBI laid a trap and caught the accused red-handed while accepting the bribe amount of Rs 10,000 .
