Srinagar, March 25 -- The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Srinagar, has issued a show cause notice to Additional Resident Commissioner, J&K, over allegations of interfering in judicial proceedings.
The CAT also directed him to refrain himself from "harassing" the employees who have petitioned the Tribunal for redressing their grievances.
The case stems from a petition filed by Nizamuddin Khan and against the General Administrative Department (GAD), challenging an impugned notification issued on February 13, 2025. The Tribunal had previously restrained the authorities from proceeding with the notification until further orders.
