Imphal, July 17 -- Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla today launched the Cashless Payment System for Transport Services and the implementation of electronic Driving Licenses (eDL) and electronic Registration Certificates (eRC) at Raj Bhavan, Imphal.
This transformative initiative under the Transport Department aims to enhance transparency, efficiency, and ease of access for the citizens of Manipur.
