Sangli, Dec. 8 -- A political candidate today made an unusual demand sarcastically saying that a bill be tabled and passed during the winter session of Maharashtra Assembly beginning tomorrow, allowing even goons and criminals-currently barred from contesting elections-to be permitted to run for public office.
