Ottawa, May 11 -- The Liberal Party of Canada gained one more seat after a judicial recount on Saturday, sitting at 170 seats in the House of Commons currently, just two shy of a majority government.

Elections Canada adjusted the voting results for the electoral district of Terrebonne on its website after the recount on Saturday. The Liberal candidate won by just a single vote.

Previously, incumbent Bloc Quebecois' Nathalie Sinclair-Desgagne beat Liberal's Tatiana Auguste by 44 votes. After the recount, Auguste received 23,352 votes while Sinclair-Desgagne received 23,351 votes.

Elections Canada said the results were certified by a judge.
