Phnom Penh, April 21 -- Cambodia on Tuesday sent a 30-member delegation to compete at the 2026 Asian Beach Games in Sanya, south China's Hainan Province, a senior sports official said.
Vath Chamroeun, secretary general of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC), said the delegation includes athletes, coaches and officials taking part in the regional event.
Cambodian athletes will compete in four sports: wrestling, jiu-jitsu, triathlon and table football.
"We hope that our athletes will do their best in competition in order to gain medals and pride for the nation," Vath said before departing with the team.
