Kolkata, Jan. 14 -- : The Calcutta High Court on Wednesday disposed of a petition filed by the Trinamool Congress (TMC) seeking protection of its data allegedly seized during Enforcement Directorate (ED) raids at the I-PAC office in Salt Lake Sector V and the Loudon Street residence of the firm's director Pratik Jain on January 8 in connection with an illegal coal smuggling case.
During the hearing before Justice Suvra Ghosh, the ED submitted that it had not seized any documents or data from either of the two premises.
