Kolkata, March 5 -- The Calcutta High Court on Wednesday directed the West Bengal government to file a comprehensive report by March 12 in relation to a violence in the premier institution in Jadavpur University campus during Education Minister Bratya Basu's visit on Saturday last (March 1), official sources said. The court also directed the police to file an FIR (first information report) on behalf of an injured student Indranuj Roy today itself.
