Kolkata, Feb. 14 -- The Calcutta High Court on Friday permitted the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to hold a public rally in Burdwan on Sunday, where RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat is expected to address, Court sources said.

A single Judge bench of Justice Amrita Sinha while dismissing the West Bengal Police objection, allowed the RSS to go ahead with its proposed rally with the condition that the sound levels should not cause any disturbance to others, especially for the students, who are appearing for the Class 10 examination.
