Patna, Feb. 13 -- Bihar cabinet approved the construction of 11251 roads at an expenditure of Rs 17266 crore.
The Cabinet meeting held here on Thursday sanctioned the construction of 19867 km long roads under the Rural Works Department. It also approved an amount of Rs 17,266 crore for it.
With this, all damaged roads in 38 districts of the state will be managed and monitored for a long period of 7 years.
The cabinet during the meeting held under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar approved a total number of 51 proposals.
