Bhubaneswar, Aug. 12 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for the Union Cabinet's approval to set up two semiconductor manufacturing units in the state.
