New Delhi, Nov. 11 -- By-elections for eight key Assembly constituencies spanning seven different states are currently in progress, with the Election Commission of India (ECI) deploying robust security measures to safeguard the integrity and fairness of the voting process.
The constituencies going to polls include Budgam and Nagrota in Jammu and Kashmir, Anta in Rajasthan, Ghatshila in Jharkhand, Jubilee Hills in Telangana, Tarn Taran in Punjab, Dampa in Mizoram, and Nuapada in Odisha.
According to the latest reports from the ECI, voter turnout by 3:00 pm has been encouraging across all constituencies.
