Bengaluru, Aug. 5 -- With Karnataka's rural school and college students stranded amid a transport strike, BJP state president Vijayendra Yediyurappa today placed the spotlight on the Congress government's failure to manage the crisis, saying that while students suffer, Congress leaders including Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy CM D K Shivakumar are busy preparing for Rahul Gandhi's upcoming protest rally in Bengaluru.
