Bareilly, Dec. 2 -- Bareilly's ongoing bulldozer action intensified on Tuesday as two bulldozers, accompanied by police forces from five police stations, arrived at the marriage lawn owned by Samajwadi Party leaders Sarfaraz Bali Khan and Rashid Khan.
During the operation, a confrontation broke out between the police team and a group of women attempting to block the demolition. Despite the resistance, the bulldozers proceeded, and within minutes, the main gate of the marriage lawn was torn down.
A day earlier, the action had been postponed due to an insufficient police presence.
