Mumbai, Feb. 27 -- Reacting over presentation of first interim budget for the year 2024-25 by Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Ajit Pawar on Tuesday in the Maharashtra Legislature, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said that this budget shows that the state will play a major role in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a developed India.

He further said that all the weaker sections, farmers, women and youth have been considered in this.

He also said that this budget will provide for necessary expenditure for development work in the state in next four months.

It will go ahead to fulfil the dream of one trillion dollar economy of Maharashtra, he informed.
