Patna, March 3 -- Budget of Rs 3,16,895 crores of Bihar for fiscal 2025-26 was presented in the state assembly with a focus on Education and Health sectors getting an allocation of Rs 60,964.87 crore and Rs 20,035.80 crore respectively.
Budget of fiscal 2025-26 is Rs 38,169.30 crores more than Rs 2,78,725.72 crores for the fiscal 2024-25 budget estimate.
Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary who is also the Finance Minister presented the budget of Rs 3,16,896.02 crores of the state for fiscal year 2025-26, having largest allocation of Rs 60,964.87 crores for the Education sector while Rs 20,035.80 crores for Health sector.
