Patna, Feb. 24 -- : Bihar Cooperation Minister Pramod Kumar on Tuesday said the state government is strengthening the cooperative system to give fresh momentum to the rural economy.
Addressing a function organised for the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement between Bihar State Cooperative Bank and Bihar State Milk Co-Operative Federation, Kumar said the Bank Mitra initiative would make banking services accessible at the village level and transform cooperative societies into strong centres of economic activity.
