Hyderabad, Sept. 8 -- BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) announced today that the party will boycott the Vice-President election, accusing both the Congress and BJP governments of failing Telangana's farmers amid the ongoing urea shortage crisis.
Speaking to reporters at Telangana Bhavan, KTR said that the BRS had been warning the state and central governments for the past 20 days about the acute shortage of urea, but no action was taken.
