Peddapalli, Aug. 5 -- In a major boost to the BJP in Telangana, BRS leader Nalla Manohar Reddy, along with 300 workers from the Congress and BRS, joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) during a workers' meeting in Peddapalli district on Tuesday.
The new entrants were welcomed into the party by BJP Telangana State President N Ramchandra Rao, who draped party scarves over them.
Addressing the gathering, Ramchandra Rao said the BJP is steadily expanding across the state as people are disillusioned with the corrupt rule of BRS and the anti-people governance of Congress.
