Kagaznagar (Telangana), Feb. 7 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Saturday launched a scathing attack on the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and the ruling Congress, accusing them of ruining Telangana's finances through corruption, misgovernance, and administrative failure.

Addressing a public meeting as part of the BJP's municipal election campaign, Fadnavis said Telangana's treasury had been emptied due to the policies of successive BRS and Congress governments.

He alleged the state's debt had skyrocketed, leaving it struggling with severe financial stress.
