London, Nov. 3 -- British actress and activist Jameela Jamil has joined the cast of "The Split Up", a new six-part legal drama set within Manchester's elite divorce law circuit.
Best known for her acclaimed performances in "The Good Place" and "She-Hulk: Attorney at Law", Jamil will feature as a guest star in the series, which explores the power struggles, moral compromises and familial tensions within the formidable Kishan family, a British South Asian law firm on the brink of fracture.
Shot on set this week, Jamil - also an activist and radio host in her native U.K. - posed with fellow cast member Ritu Arya, who plays Aria Kishan. Jamil last appeared on our television screens in 2023 with Poker Face, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
