Varanasi, Dec. 27 -- Botswana's Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Noah Salake, paid an official visit to Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW) on Saturday.
Public Relations Officer Rajesh Kumar said that on this occasion, he closely observed the various modern locomotives manufactured at BLW, their manufacturing process, and advanced technical features.
Principal Chief Electrical Engineer Sushil Kumar Srivastava welcomed Noah Salake.
During the workshop visit, under the guidance of Chief Mechanical Engineer (Production and Marketing) Sunil Kumar, Salake thoroughly inspected the New Block Shop, Turbo Shop, Light Machine Shop, Sub-Assembly Shop, ES & ET Shop, Loco Assembly Shop, and Loco Test Shop.
