Patna, Aug. 16 -- Amid intense hype over alleged irregularities in the draft voters' list released by the Election Commission on August 1 after the first phase of Special Intensive Revision (SIR), both the ruling and opposition leaders have received notice from the Commission for their names registered at two places.
On one hand Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Prasad Yadav was slapped notice by the Commission for possession of two voter identity cards, one of which displayed by him before the media was declared as fake, while LJP (Ram Vilas) MP from Vaishali, Veena Devi, also faced the same treatment from the Commission for her name listed at two places in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar.
