Hyderabad, July 20 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu on Sunday offered silk clothes to Goddess Simhavahini Mahankali Ammavaru at the historic Lal Darwaja temple as part of the Bonalu celebrations, reaffirming the state government's commitment to preserving and promoting Telangana's rich cultural traditions.
Speaking to the media on the occasion, Bhatti said, "Bonalu is the soul of Telangana culture. My heartfelt greetings to all devotees who have been practicing this age-old tradition with deep devotion."
