Ch. Sambhajinagar, Dec. 22 -- : The Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court has issued formal notices to the state of Maharashtra and the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation (CSMC) following a writ petition challenging the "unlawful and arbitrary" demolition of a retired citizen's property.

The Division Bench, comprising Justice Vibha Kankanwadi and Justice Hiten S. Venegavkar, has made the notice returnable on January 15, 2026, directing respondents to file their replies.
