Pune, July 30 -- The Bombay High Court's Nagpur Bench today granted anticipatory bail to six individuals in an alleged financial fraud case involving approximately Rs 700 crores linked to APS Wealth Ventures LLP, a Pune-based financial entity.

The matter pertains to a criminal anticipatory bail application arising from an FIR registered at Khadan Police Station, Akola. The six applicants approached the High Court through a defenve counsel Advocate Aashuutosh Srivastava after their earlier anticipatory bail plea was rejected by the Additional Sessions Judge, Akola, on June 23.
