Mumbai, April 3 -- The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted bail to Mithu Singh and co-accused Abdul Jabbar Ansari, booked for the alleged murder of MBBS student Sadiccha Sane in November 2021.
While granting bail to accused Mithu Singh, a lifeguard, the court noted that the case is purely based on circumstantial evidence and questioned the prosecution about the proof that the woman died, while there is still a possibility that she is still missing.
The 18-month delay in the arrest of Singh was also questioned.
