Mumbai, July 22 -- The ISKCON temple located at Girgaon Chowpatty has received a bomb threat via email, raising serious concern among devotees and authorities.

The email, sent to the temple management, warned that the temple would be blown up within 16 hours if specific demands were not met.

According to a complaint filed by the temple's assistant security manager, the threat originated from an Outlook email ID associated with a person named Emmanuel Shekharan. The sender demanded that the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) government in Tamil Nadu immediately implement the recommendations made by the late Nainar Das regarding the Tamil Nadu Police Organization.
