New Delhi, Feb. 23 -- Bomb threats disrupted Delhi on Monday, targeting the Assembly, Secretariat, Red Fort, and multiple schools, prompting high alert and extensive security operations across the city throughout the day, an official said.

Officials conducted searches following the bomb threats, however, nothing was found, declaring them a hoax. "The emails, allegedly from the Khalistan National Army, warned of timed explosions at specific locations," a police officer said.

Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta said that he received a bomb threat on his personal email. He stated that at 3:11 pm, he got an email warning of an explosion at the Assembly, and police are investigating.
