Ranchi, March 6 -- After the Civil Court and Collectorate, the Regional Passport Office in Ranchi has received a bomb threat, prompting the police to swing into action.
According to officials, a threatening email was sent targeting the passport office located at Galaxia Mall on Ratu Road under Sukhdevnagar police station area. Unknown miscreants allegedly warned of blowing up the passport office through the email.
Soon after receiving the information, the police and district administration rushed into action. A police team led by Kotwali DSP Prakash Soy, along with the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS), reached the spot and started an investigation.
