Mumbai, Sept. 22 -- A judge of the Bombay High Court today recused himself from hearing pleas filed by the members of the OBC community against the reservation granted to the Maratha community by the state government.
As the hearing of the bunch of petitions came up before the bench of Justices Revati Mohite Dere and Sandesh Patil, the latter recused himself from hearing the pleas without specifying any reason.
