Rio De Janeiro, Feb. 7 -- Former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has said that he would leave BRICS and the World Health Organization (WHO) if he comes back into power in the country.
The statement comes weeks after US President Donald Trump and Argentinian President Javier Milei, allegedly Bolsonaro's main foreign allies, decided to leave several international organizations and bodies.
"If I become president again, I would leave BRICS and the World Health Organization," he told the Folha de Sao Paulo newspaper.
Bolsonaro also promised to sign a "sound defense agreement" with the US, aimed at fighting terrorism on the border between Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina, and to allow the creation of Washington's military base in the region....
