Mumbai, Feb. 3 -- Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha recently sold her flat located in Bandra West here for Rs 22.50 crore, according to property registration documents on the website of Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
According to the documents reviewed by the real estate commercial website Square Yards, the transaction was registered in January.
The flat was extremely opulent and measures 4,211 square feet. It is located in the heart of Mumbai at the Bandra Kurla Complex.
Sinha purchased the same flat for Rs 14 crore in March 2020. The latest transaction shows a 61% increase in value since then. Remarkably, the actress owns another flat in the same complex. UNI AAA SSP
