La Paz, Sept. 13 -- Bolivia will play friendlies against South Korea and Japan in November as part of its preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup playoffs, the Bolivian Football Federation (FBF) said.

The South American side will meet South Korea - at a venue yet to be confirmed - on November 14 and Japan in Tokyo four days later, the FBF said on its social media pages.

The matches will follow friendlies against Jordan in Turkiye and Russia in Moscow next month.

On Tuesday, Bolivia beat Brazil 1-0 in El Alto to secure a place in the intercontinental playoff tournament, to be played in Mexico next March.
