Dhaka, Dec. 27 -- BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman on Saturday completed his voter registration process at the Electoral Training Institute in Agargaon, with his documents to be placed before the Election Commission on December 29 for a decision on his inclusion in the national voter list.

Rahman entered the ETI building at around 1 pm under tight security. His wife, Zubaida Rahman, and their daughter, Zaima Rahman, had arrived earlier at about 12:20 pm to complete Zaima's registration formalities. Zaima was the first to finish the process and left the premises at around 12:45pm, while Rahman departed shortly after, at about 1:20pm.
